The doors

One letter shape. Every door grades it.

Buyers imagine each Amazon door wants a different magic letter. Reviewers, specialists, executives, and BBB staff are all grading the same four things — and the copied templates flooding the internet fail all four in the same ways. Here is the structure, free. The kit's job is to fill it with your case.

The four parts, in order

PartWhat it doesHow templates fail it
1. The factsWhat Amazon did, on what date, to which account, for what amount — in the first lines.Three paragraphs of feelings before the first fact. Reviewers decide in the first lines whether to keep reading.
2. The timelineOrder → return → scans → decision → your doors so far, each dated. The timeline is the argument. No dates at all — a story the reviewer cannot check against Amazon's own records.
3. The counter-recordYour proof, indexed: "Attached 1 — drop-off receipt showing 2.1 lb. Attached 2 — tracking history, delivered [date].""I have proof" without attaching it, or attachments nobody can find in under a minute.
4. The exact askOne decision: release $X / correct the record of [date] / reopen the account. A reviewer can grant a sentence; they can't grant a mood."Please help me" — an ask with no decision inside it.

The two voices, side by side

Template voice (fails): "I am a loyal customer for many years and I am very disappointed and stressed. This is unfair and I never did anything wrong. Please kindly restore my account immediately." — No fact, no date, no proof, no ask a reviewer can grant.

Case voice (works the structure): "On March 3, Amazon charged back a $214.60 refund for order [number], stating the return was not received. The return was dropped at UPS on February 24 (receipt attached, package weight 2.1 lb) and tracking shows delivery to Amazon's Hebron facility on February 27 (attached). I am asking for the $214.60 charge to be reversed and the return record corrected."

Same buyer. Same facts available. The difference is entirely in whether the letter was built from the case or copied from the internet.

Not sure which fight you're in? The free checker sorts it in four picks — what happened, the proof you hold, one date — and gives you your door, your steps, your deadlines, and an honest grade of your case. Run the checker →
